Easyjet and the TV program "Airport" or "Airline"

If you have ever watched the 1999 program "Airline" (a fly on the wall docu-drama where passengers are subjected to the most awful level of service an airline has ever provided and then subjected to sarcastic, argumentitive staff), then you'll know how shocking the attitude of Easyjet is. Their customer complaints centre must be one of the largest in the UK.

The Easyjet website gives a very one-sided point of few.

Of course I have heard of the saying "all press is good press" but the fact that Easyjet allow this programme to be broadcast says a lot about their awful customer loyalty ethic.

One member of staff, check-in operator Jane Boulton, is every customer's worst nightmare. Worse than a call centre in Bangladesh when your credit card has just been cloaned, or being told the local milkman will be carrying out your heart surgery, this mega-bitch clearly enjoyed ruining the general publics life. I'm not sure whether she couldn't get over catching her husband shagging her best mate, or whether she just needed a good shag up the ass, but I hope to God I never cross her vicious path. Evil bitch. I hope you read this and note that I hate you.

If you ever fly with this shower of shit after watching the program, you deserve everything you get.

Jane Bolton Easyjet - A great example that you really do get what you pay for.
